The actor had a large number of loud novels and fleeting affairs. However, Jean Paul only was married twice. The perspective dancer René Constantin in marriage with which was born three children became his first spouse: daughters Patricia (who tragically died at the fire in 1993) and Floran and also the son Paul Belmondo who became the racer of Formula-1.

Unlike the former darling, Belmondo quickly departed from parting and soon began to appear in public with the new girl – the 19-year-old model Maria Carlos Sotto Mayor.

This relationship lasted long seven years, but did not lead the actor and his darling to an altar. The spoiled and capricious Maria also wanted to hear nothing about a wedding. Much more her attracted parties with friends and numerous boyfriends. The beauty was not going to be loyal to Belmondo. All, except unless knew Jean-Paul about its unfaithfulness. Already later, looking back, the famous handsome man admitted that he with Maria would have had a future together, but her character destroyed their relationship.
However, the destiny on this couple had plans. 35 years later after break in relations the former beloved met again and did not leave any more. So far death did not separate. Jean-Paul Belmondo died on September 6, 2021. The actor was 88 years old.
